The DSL and aDSL  was introduced by ISP providers from the early 2000s. Exchange of data entered high-speed mode. It was next to mandatory for companies to start doing business online. This technological development made it possible for us to get closer to our customers all over the world. Everyone embraced emails and online chats and calls. It made communication and business transactions more personal and secure. One of the biggest impact was felt in how much easier and convenient it was to reach our customers, and vice versa. Time difference was one of the biggest thorn that was addressed.

Another way that we took advantage of this technological advancement was by installing direct access to most auction houses in Japan. This means significant improvement in purchasing vehicles that our customers demand for. In a nutshell, our auctioneers were able to do their business without leaving the office, whereas before, we needed to physically visit the auction houses scattered all over the country.

As the company started to expand, it was high time to find a more suitable home. On this year, the company moved it’s office from Tokyo to Yokohama, where it has since established its headquarters. Yokohama is home to Japan’s first international port. Even until now, the city is one of the friendliest to foreigners and to foreign businesses.

On the other hand, Japan’s business practices are, even until now, some of the most conservative in the world. It is very important for a company to meet various official and unofficial requirements to gain peers’ trust and respect. Sometimes it takes years, sometimes it is impossible. But for the company, it took less than a year. Nippon Royal Co. was a company whose core values are quality and integrity. It was their solid reputation of satisfying clients by providing only superior products along with professional and efficient services. Because of this, it was allowed direct access to all of the car auction houses in Japan like USS, NAA, and HAA in less than a year after establishment.
